Where do I look (for better options)? Class 1.1

"The question is not whether you can or can't
but whether you have sufficient support for it"
D. Barter, Findhorn NVC 2008

When that situation with a friend, colleague or a loved one gets tricky, it's easy to get overwhelmed. Where do you start, where do you look, where do you get the energy to sort it? You find yourself wondering: "IS IT resolvable, anyway?"

Hence this 90 minute exploration. This is an introduction to the Skilled Love series aiming - as Marshall Rosenberg once put it - to "direct your attention to places that are most likely to meet your needs" - in relating.

Let's face it, we know more about obsessing about our troubles than about elegant ways out of them. When we're triggered it's even harder to be constructive in our choice of words or moves. So...

Come and explore with us where to look for best reading of your situation and for accessing empathy that is a pivotal point in any mutually satisfying outcome. Bring your real situations and practice with us, in our small group, from the comfort of your home environment.
